Click tracking

Click tracking lets you see which links in your emails are being clicked and how often. This helps you understand what content resonates with your audience and measure the effectiveness of your calls-to-action.

How it works

When this feature is enabled, Sendfully rewrites links in your HTML emails to pass through our servers. When a recipient clicks a link, we record the click and immediately redirect them to the original destination.

Here's an example. You send an email with a link:

<a href="https://yourblog.com/article">Read the article</a>

With click tracking enabled, Sendfully rewrites the link before sending:

<a href="https://link.sendfully.com/c/...">Read the article</a>

When a recipient clicks the link:

1. Their browser requests the URL from Sendfully
2. We record the click event
3. We immediately redirect them to https://yourblog.com/article

Enabling this feature

1. Go to Settings > Analytics
2. Turn on Click tracking

TIP

You'll need a verified sending domain before you can enable this.
