Acceptable Use Policy

Email platforms like Sendfully are only as reputable as our senders. To provide all of our customers with high deliverability and great inbox placement, we enforce a set of rules and guidelines that ensure all of our senders remain in good standing.

Sending Requirements

Your sending must comply with all local laws and regulations, as well as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. When sending emails through Sendfully:

  • Only email recipients who have given you permission. Purchased, rented, or scraped email lists are not permitted.
  • Use accurate sender information. Your "From" name and email address must accurately identify you or your business.
  • Provide an unsubscribe link when sending to your mailing list so recipients can opt out of future emails. Sendfully provides an Unsubscribe URL for this purpose.
  • Include a valid mailing address in your emails in accordance with CAN-SPAM.
  • Honor opt-outs promptly in accordance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements.

Sending Reputation Requirements

To maintain high deliverability for all users, we monitor sending reputation metrics. Your account must stay within these thresholds:

  • Your bounce rate must be below 4%. A bounce occurs when an email cannot be delivered. Some reasons include invalid addresses, full mailboxes, or inactive domains.
  • Your complaint rate must be below 0.08%. A complaint occurs when a recipient marks your email as spam.

If your bounce rate or complaint rate exceeds these limits, sending will be automatically paused for your organization. To resolve a paused account, contact us at support@sendfully.com.

Prohibited Content

Do not use deceptive subject lines, false claims, or content designed to mislead recipients. Your emails must accurately represent you and your business.

Content that violates any applicable law is prohibited, including fraud, phishing, malware distribution, illegal goods or services, and content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
